Local Land Charges provides a highly efficient and accurate level of service to Solicitors, Agents and members of the public requesting Search Applications to be made against residential/commercial properties and land within the District. Under the Government's code of practice we are required to process searches within ten working days. Since April 1999 we have consistently achieved well above average performance and we aim to achieve 100% of searches being returned within five working days.
